Terms of Use
Totell Inc. · Effective July 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of totell.com ("totell"), operated by Totell Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using totell you agree to them.
The service
totell lets people request and send anonymous feedback and compliments. Every message passes automated AI screening intended to block insults, harassment, and unsafe content while allowing respectful, constructive feedback. Screening is automated and not perfect; we may also review and remove content that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, defame, or deliberately harm anyone;
- attempt to unmask the sender of an anonymous message;
- attempt to bypass the AI screening or other safety systems;
- impersonate another person or claim a username in bad faith;
- use totell for spam, scams, or anything unlawful;
- scrape, probe, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, including forfeiting usernames obtained abusively.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old. Usernames remain the property of Totell Inc. and are licensed to you while your account is in good standing.
Premium names
Certain usernames are reserved and offered for a one-time fee. A premium name purchase grants you the same username license as any account, tied to your account for as long as it remains in good standing. Purchases are refundable within 14 days if the name has not been activated, and otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
Content
Senders retain rights to messages they write, and grant Totell Inc. a license to host, process, screen, and display them to their recipient as part of the service. Recipients may share their received cards; the ability to share is part of the product.
Disclaimers
totell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that screening will catch every harmful message, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that anonymity can withstand every circumstance (see the Privacy Policy for what we hold). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totell Inc.'s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: hello@totell.com or our support page.
